On Friday September 9, we were delighted to open our doors for the official inauguration of La Plonplonière.

After eight months of work, a large number of guests – friends, family, craftsmen, elected representatives, partners and loyal supporters of the project – came to discover the premises during a simple evening.

The occasion was marked by an emotional speech, a guided tour and lively, convivial discussions over an aperitif and dinner.

We would like to thank all those who contributed to the success of this highly symbolic evening, and all those who will contribute from now on to making this project a success in its own right.
